HM Customs and Excise have issued new editions, with minor changes, of notices relevant to booksellers. Recovery by Overseas Members and Exhibitors

Several Overseas Members and Exhibitors have enquired whether they should be charged UK VAT on their annual subscriptions and bookfair rentals. The answer in both cases is yes, we regret.
