MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR 2008
The basic subscription has been increased by £7.50, about 2%, giving the following rates:
UK MEMBERS
Annual Subscription is £377.50 + £59.46 VAT (@ 17.5% of 90% to reflect zero-rated Newsletter), total: £436.96. Note, once again there will no surcharge if you wish to pay quarterly at £109.24 per quarter. You may pay either by Quarterly Standing Order, put in place by, and with a first payment made by, 31st January and subsequent payments on 30th April, 31st July and 31st October. Or, annual subscription paid by 4 post-dated cheques for £109.24, all sent to the ABA office by 31st January 2008, and with a first cheque dated 31st January, and subsequent cheques dated 30th April, 31st July and 31st October. Please note that any Annual Subscriptions not paid (or in place) by 31st January will be levied with a 15% surcharge: £434.13 plus £68.39 VAT (as above) £505.52
OVERSEAS MEMBERS (please see below for information about recovery of VAT)
Annual Subscription is £188.75 + £29.73 VAT (@ 17.5% of 90% to reflect zero-rated Newsletter), total: £218.48. Note: Annual Subscriptions not paid by 31st January 2008 will be levied with a 15% surcharge: £217.07 plus £34.19 VAT (as above), £251.26
RETIRED MEMBERS
Annual Subscription: £43.69 inc. VAT. Retired Members have the option of paying one final full membership subscription at the current rate which shall be considered a Lifetime Subscription: £377.50 + £59.46 VAT (@ 17.5% of 90% to reflect zero-rated Newsletter), total: £436.96.
