Members are reminded that, with effect from 1^st January 2004, the surcharge for members and exhibitors paying annual subscriptions and stand rentals by Visa or Credit Cards is 2%, or 3% for American Express. This replaces the £6 surcharge which has been in place for some years. The same rates apply for transactions when the Association sells books on behalf of members using the ABA PDQ machine at bookfairs and in the office.
