The ABA has done several group deals for ABPC CD-ROMs. Dan and Kathy Leab of ABPC offer to sell the discs at £550 each (plus an ABA handling charge of £10 and VAT for members in the UK) if we can get together a group of between 5 and 10 booksellers from any recognised Association. The price would come down to about £500 if more than 10 were interested. For those who subsequently make a "standing order" direct with ABPC, the annual "update" discs cost about $140. (The CD-ROMs cover the auction years 1975-2006 and hold more than 1,000,000 records – pretty full coverage in the USA and rather more limited coverage of major auctioneers elsewhere.) Apply to the ABA office.
